Gvantsa is a corporate sustainability professional with a passion for driving positive environmental and social impact. Gvantsa studied in Sweden and Norway. She holds a master's degree from Malmo University (Sweden). She has up to 10 years of work experience in areas such as: corporate sustainability, ESG and sustainable development, as well as sales and reporting.

 Since 2015, she has held the position of CSR expert at the Strategic Research and Development Center of Georgia. Currently, she is responsible for corporate sustainability and strategic communication at one of the finance institute in Georgia.
